This one hour CPE will discuss some of the common pitfalls when using third party services or providers and what you can do to protect your company from billing errors, inappropriate practices and even fraud. During this course you will develop an understanding of common billing problems by vendors, examples of inappropriate practices and fraudulent behaviors for which you should be on the lookout, best practices in contracts to protect your company, and trends in vendor-related fraud.
