Speaker Biographies

Amanda Gildea is a CPA in the Denver area who specializes in financial reporting for privately held companies and local governments. Prior to becoming the sole proprietor for her current practice, Amanda spent many years as an auditor with a local firm, which was acquired by a national firm. Amanda is experienced in helping companies adopt the accounting and disclosure requirements of the new revenue recognition standards across a variety of industries. 

Kelley Olds, CPA, CGMA has 15 years of public accounting experience where she specialized in audits and financial reporting of privately held businesses.  She also served as a quality control and technical reviewer for the firm.   Kelley now owns a CFO consulting practice that provides executive level financial oversight to privately held businesses and non-profit organizations.  Kelley is passionate about leadership and mentoring and seeks to add value to clients beyond just the finance role.
